2 Step Hops to get you in top shape

Here I'm demonstrating 2 Step Hops on giant steps. Make sure to listen to the voice over as it explains a valualbe tip that I guarantee will sky rocket your conditioning and fat loss.

One of my favorite athletes to work with are wrestlers. And the main reason is how tough they are and how quickly they learn the value of conditionng. I've not met many wrestlers who don't work hard. And the reason is because they quickly learn that poor conditioning automatically shows when they hit the mat for competition.

Above you will see a favorite conditioning exercise for the athletes I've worked with over the years. 2 step hops on giant steps are excellent for many reasons.

Besides the obvious power development the conditioning effect is second to none.

As far as I know many people don't do this simple drill but they should because it is so dam effective...
